become artwork...... The process of gradually shaping of every piece of work in
Wang Luying's hands attracted the attention of the children.
Nowadays, Haicang young sculptor Wang
Luying, besides artistic creation, often takes time to enter the campus for
children's lessons, or to participate in public activities, such as Haicang's
parent-child volunteer experience day, to convey the environmental protection
concept of turning waste into treasure, and to excavate children's artistic
talent. "I hope to do what I can to give back to society," Wang
Luying said.
The
road of rough art, the evening newspaper rekindled his dream of Art
Wang Luying is the young sculptor of Dong
Fu, Haicang. Now he is a successful person in the eyes of his friends and
relatives, and is an example to the young entrepreneurs. Wang Luying said that
on the road to art, many valuable people helped, and the original dream ignite,

In the summer of 2001, Wang Luying graduated
from Fujian Academy of Arts and Crafts in Fuzhou University, and went to work
in a handicraft factory in Xiamen. His monthly salary in the first year was
only 800 yuan. After a year and a half, his salary increased to 4000 yuan.
"Every day in the same replication handicraft, practice makes perfect,
worked more and earned more, but boring." Wang Luying said he wanted to
start his own business and hold a solo exhibition, so he quit his job and
walked on to a bitter road of "business supports the art, but income can’t
cover outcome".
Back to the hometown in Dong Fu, his parents
empty out the mushroom shed to Luying in creation. In 2004, on the eve of the 9

Art creation made Wang Luying has his
first income, and then ran a shoe store in the Ming Fa business circle, the
business was dismal. The authentic brand shoes could only be sold for twenty or
thirty yuan. Wang Luying said that when he had been silent for more than a
year, he recovered sculpture at home and did foundry for sculpture industry in
Singapore and other places. He had a chance to know Singapore sculptor Cai
Wenjia and contacted with Chinese character sculpture after his enlightenment
guidance.
Now, seeing the character sculptures that
stand up, many people will think of Wang Luying. Wang Luying said that
traditional culture is never out of date. Therefore, he made innovations in
Chinese character sculpture, ingeniously combined traditional calligraphy with
modern sculpture, and created his own unique style of Chinese character
sculpture. "Chinese character sculpture has the accumulation of
traditional culture, and then through the modern art of expression, showing a
different beauty." Wang Luying said.
In addition to set up the Chinese
characters sculpture, Wang Luying in the subsequent creation, constantly works
were loved by the public and the industry, such as in 2008, the Olympic torch
relay through Xiamen, in Jijiajia World Plaza, composed of 28 lovely shape,
looks simple and honest, expressive wizard rats composed of the sculpture work
"Cheer for Beijing Olympic”; Mid Autumn Festival Bo Bing of the first
large bowl “Xianglong jinli zhuangyu wan”.
Wang Luying's works also go abroad and
become city sculptures in many countries, at the door of Singapore's Army
Training Institute in the Department of National Defense, “Our Home” sculpture
is from his hands.
Walk
into the campus and excavate the talent of the children
Wang Luying first participated in the
public welfare activities in 2008, and every year later, he took part in the
public service as much as possible to donate the proceeds of the sale to the
difficult objects. He said, "someone is willing to donate money for my
work, someone has eased the problem because of this donation, and others just
took a group photo with my work. I feel very satisfied to see these, I feel
that I deserve much more than hardship.
"The road of art is not easy to go,
if someone points it all the way, it gets the twice result with the half
effect." Wang Luying said, from the beginning of 2010, he entered the
school, set up three-dimensional art experimental teaching curriculum,
children's interest on the one hand, on the one hand dig good seed. Nowadays,
during the schooling, he has to spend two days a week in the schools outside
and inside the island, there are free for these courses. If he just met a
business trip, he would also pay for other sculptors to take lessons.
Wang Luying said that if he found good
seed of loving and attention to the sculpture, he will pay special attention

After the last typhoon Meranti, many
campus trees lodging, Wang Luying initiated and involved in action of turning
waster into treasure, for each school of sculpture to design the shape of
trees. Wang Luying said, these works are fixed and installed in the campus,
will become the school's educational material, so that teachers and students
always remember to fight super typhoon "Meranti” and the scene of our
wills unite like a fortress.

life. As he likes to participate in the experience day of parent-child
volunteering, he hopes to pass on art, love and civilization to more people
through children, and the best influence is the most profound.
Wang Luying held a number of sessions of
public sculpture exhibition in Xiamen, let more people close to feel sculpture
