the art, but income can’t cover outcome". The houses in the downtown area
could not be rented and had to go back to the home in Houke, the parents empty

almost cracking, but not wait for the right buyer.
In order to maintain his creation, he
began to find relatives and friends to borrow money, he has been set up a
stall, sold shoes, and drove motorcycle. "the suffering of the body is not
bitter, spiritual suffering is really bitter." He said he had gone through
a long period of lowest point. Until September 2004, that he had made his own
exhibition on the coast of the island road, and life began to turn a little.
Gradually, his works began to appear in
the Tenth National Art Exhibition, Xiamen Sculpture Exhibition, the Fourth
Fujian Province Lettering Art Exhibition, Creative Taichung Sculptors Year-end
Exhibition, Creative Cross-strait, City Design Biennale and other large or
small exhibitions, with numerous awards. Recalling the bitter days, Luying was
grateful, these days let him learn to bear hardships and work hard, let him
believe in dreams and persist in them, and let him know that "if you are
poor, you will be left alone, and if you are successful, you will be able to
server the world as well。”
"What is the deepest influence that
your grandparents and fathers have left to you?" He said, my father and
mother are able to endure hardship, they are farmers, to fish farming and
farming for a living, always to do farm work before dawn, especially my mother,
very competent, ploughing, do housework, she can does everything. They also
often say that it is a blessing to lose, and to help others when they are
capable.
And these good qualities are like
invisible wings, taking the pursuit and dream of the young, flying to the more
distant sky.
The

In front of the strong man in the hard
days who does not have a low head, but in memory of the little drop with
Grandfather, many times choked, and in tears.
"Sometimes I forget to close the door
of my studio, my grandfatehr didn't have a key or phone, he sat at the door
waiting for me to come back until 12 at night. When I come back, he can sleep in
peace." Although grandfather has been dead for more than 5 years, it seems
like it happened yesterday.
Luying said, grandpa is a special honest
person, the heart is very good, rarely
mention what requirements to the loved ones around. But he could see that his
grandfather always had a wish, "he wanted to go back to his home."
Grandfather's home in Xike Tong’an, not far away, only more than 20 kilometers,
but for decades, he has not been back. Originally, Grandfather’s home is very
poor, he was married to my grandmother's home, so he has a heart knot, wanted
to go back, but he always say "don't go back"on the mouth. In 2012,
my grandpa’s health was getting worse and worse. The doctor said that the old
man's days may not be too long, so Luying decided to help his grandfather
finish his final wish.
That day the weather was very good, Luying
took Grandfather go back to Xike. Have been left for decades, but into the
village, and was familiar with the people and things, my grandfather moved by
sigh and can not help the tears. In this case, Luying was also choking. after
returning home two weeks, grandfather has gone.
He can help him to complete this wish
before his grandfather's life, Luying is happy from his heart. He believes that
his grandfather will be very relieved. It also allows him to have a deeper
understanding of filial piety: "parents do not hope you have success, also
do not value material things, you give them to buy many clothes, to buy many
brand-name bags, they will feel very uncomfortable, you give him a big house,
they always say enough to live well, they pay more attention to spiritual
communication."
Not seeing my grandparents for several
days, son will kindly call: "Grandpa, grandma, I miss you oh!" Luying
was satisfied with his parents' happy expression, and he knew it was more
meaningful than buying them much.
Talking
about education, action is more persuasive than language
Luying’s daughter this year is in the
third grade primary school, she is very clever and sensible, but the age of the
child of two minds easily. In life, he always does not forget to train his
daughter's concentration. For example, go to the supermarket to buy things, the
daughter wants to buy this one, also wants to buy that one. At this moment, he
always said, "you can only choose the one." Although it was difficult
for the first time, the second and third times, the daughter got into the
habit. The daughter chose the interest classes or do manual work, he also has
the same demand for daughter, this cannot be of two minds, if you want to do
it, do it right.
And children often don't understand some
of the "strange" things that Dad often does. Once, he picked up a
bunch of rotten wires, and the children saw it. They all puzzled, "Daddy,
why do you pick up a pile of garbage and go home? It's so dirty. Throw it away
quickly!" And did not explain too much with children, he led the children,
took this pile of wire to the studio, give them paint, let them think what
color to paint, after a skilled transformation, this bunch of wires became a
beautiful texture, riotous with colour on paper, after mounting into a picture.
Without too much explanation, children naturally understand the truth of
"turning waste into treasure", which will benefit them for life.
Now he often goes to school for compulsory
teaching. He also takes his son and daughter together. They can see that his
father has taught many people to paint and make handicrafts. He is very
distressed and asked, "Daddy, you’re working so hard, did they paid for
you?” "No," He said that through this exchange, let the children have
good thinking.
He said he rarely talked to children about
big principles. They used actions in their lives to make them known and
understand some truths, such as kindness, devotion, filial piety and so on.

Business gradually on the track, life is
getting better, but in the heart of Wang Luying, family harmony, is always the
